TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Liquid Icons (the Provider) is responsible for all ticketing to The Golden Vines® (the Event).

  2. Liquid Icons have certain conditions that, if not fulfilled or if the person(s) applying for tickets have incorrectly stated, could lead to the ticket and/or entry to the Event/s being revoked. It is up to the person(s) applying for tickets to ascertain and abide by these conditions.

  3. Ticket holders cannot transfer or assign their tickets without the express permission and authorisation of Liquid Icons.

  4. Ticket holders who are unable to attend the Event will not be able to seek a refund unless specifically authorised by Liquid Icons in its absolute discretion.  

  5. Ticket holders are responsible for their own transportation and accommodation for the entire period of the Event/s.

  6. Where Liquid Icons gives Ticket holders the option to attend certain events outside of the Gala dinners, it is up to the Ticket holder to respond in a timely manner and the Ticket holder will be responsible for their own RSVPs and submission of dietary requirements for themselves and their guests.

  7. Liquid Icons can determine where Ticket holders are seated during the Event in its absolute discretion.

  8. Liquid Icons can request a form of valid photographic identification at any point.

  9. Attendees of any event relating to The Golden Vines® must be strictly over 21 years of age. Anyone found to be below this age, will be asked to leave immediately.

  10. Ticket holders accept and agree that Liquid Icons is not responsible and agree that they will hold Liquid Icons harmless for any accidents, loss, damage, theft or other incidents that might befall the Ticket holder during the course of the Events.

  11. In respect of any special requirements, (including dietary requirements) needed by the Ticket holder, it is the Ticket holder’s sole responsibility to notify Liquid Icons at least two weeks prior to the Events of such requirements which it shall endeavour, but is not required, to provide to the Ticket holder in good faith.

  12. In extreme circumstances where the Event is not able to take place on the scheduled dates then Liquid Icons has the right and the option to reschedule the Event within 12 months of the planned date without refunding the Ticket holder, and only if the Event cannot be rescheduled, will a refund be made to the Ticket holder.

  13. Tickets will only be guaranteed to Ticket holder(s) once full payment is received and within the timeframe as detailed on the invoice provided. Payment must be processed by BACS or CHAPS to Liquid Icons using the bank details and unique identifier (Invoice Number) on the invoice provided or through the payment link shared at the time of invoicing. Any payments received outside of the agreed timeframe or referenced incorrectly does not guarantee access to the Events unless specifically authorised by Liquid Icons.

  14. All Ticket holders and their guests will be refused entry to any events where they have not RSVPd and/or not paid in full for their Ticket.

  15. Liquid Icons reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any Golden Vines® Events without the expressed permission of those included within the photograph/video. Liquid Icons may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by Liquid Icons including but not limited to: social media, online publications, magazines, newspapers, books, invitations, websites, television, documentaries, films, etc.

  16. Any person attending The Golden Vines® who does not wish to have their image for distribution should make this known to the Liquid Icons Team at events@liquidicons.com.

  17. By attending The Golden Vines®, or by failing to notify Liquid Icons in writing if you wish to not have your image used by Liquid Icons, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify Liquid Icons from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.

  18. Any person or organisation not affiliated with Liquid Icons may not use, alter, copy, modify or distribute Liquid Icons photographs, images, graphics, design, logo, videography within the prior written permission of an authorised designee of Liquid Icons.

  19. Force Majeure

    Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement if and to the extent that such failure to perform is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, government restrictions, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, lockouts, civil disturbances, or any other event that renders performance of the event impracticable, illegal, or impossible (each a “Force Majeure Event”).

    In the event of a Force Majeure Event:

    i. Notification: The affected party shall promptly notify the other party in writing, detailing the nature of the Force Majeure Event, its expected duration, and the anticipated impact on the event.

    ii. Suspension of Obligations: The affected obligations and/or rights of both parties shall be temporarily suspended during the period of the Force Majeure Event, to the extent that they are affected by such Force Majeure Event.

    iii. Mitigation: Both parties shall make reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact of the Force Majeure Event and resume full performance of their obligations as soon as possible.

    iv. Rescheduling or Cancellation: If the Force Majeure Event continues for a period that makes it impractical to hold the event within a reasonable time, the organizer reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the event. In the event of rescheduling, tickets or registration fees will be transferred to the rescheduled event date, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. If the event is canceled due to a Force Majeure Event, any refund policies outlined in this Agreement shall apply.

    v. No Liability: Neither party shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, profits, or opportunities, arising from or related to a Force Majeure Event.

  20. Governing Law and Disputes

    This clause shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes arising under or in connection with this Force Majeure clause shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
