TERMS & CONDITIONS

Liquid Icons Productions Ltd (“Liquid Icons”, “we”, “us”, or “the Provider”) is responsible for all ticketing to The Golden Vines (the “Event”).

1. Ticket Requests, Purchases & Right of Refusal

   Attendance at The Golden Vines is subject to approval by Liquid Icons. While tickets may be made available for immediate purchase, Liquid Icons reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to reject any ticket request or purchase, refuse admission to the Event, or revoke or cancel a ticket at any time, including (but not limited to) circumstances where Liquid Icons determines that an individual’s attendance may negatively impact the reputation, integrity, safety, or experience of the Event or its attendees. Where a ticket is revoked prior to the Event for reasons other than breach of these Terms & Conditions, Liquid Icons may, at its discretion, refund the ticket price paid. Liquid Icons shall have no further liability in such circumstances. It is the responsibility of the person(s) applying for or purchasing tickets to ensure that all information provided is accurate and complete. Any incorrect, misleading, or incomplete information may result in refusal of entry or revocation of tickets without refund.

2. Ticket Conditions

   Tickets are non-transferable and may not be assigned, resold, or otherwise transferred without the express prior written authorisation of Liquid Icons. Tickets are only guaranteed once full payment has been received within the timeframe specified on the relevant invoice or payment link. Payment must be made via BACS, CHAPS, or the authorised payment method provided, using the correct reference. Incorrectly referenced or late payments do not guarantee access unless expressly authorised by Liquid Icons. Ticket holders who are unable to attend will not be entitled to a refund unless specifically authorised by Liquid Icons in its absolute discretion. All ticket holders and their guests will be refused entry to any Event where they have not RSVPd and/or have not paid in full.

3. Event Attendance & Conduct

   Liquid Icons reserves the right to determine seating arrangements and access to specific Event elements at its absolute discretion. Liquid Icons may request valid photographic identification at any time. All attendees must be strictly over 21 years of age. Any person found to be under this age will be required to leave immediately. Ticket holders are responsible for their own transportation, accommodation, and related arrangements for the duration of the Event. Where attendance at ancillary events (outside of gala dinners) is offered, ticket holders are responsible for responding within required timeframes and for submitting RSVPs and dietary requirements for themselves and their guests.

4. Special Requirements

   It is the sole responsibility of ticket holders to notify Liquid Icons of any special requirements (including dietary requirements) at least two weeks prior to the Event. Liquid Icons will endeavour, but is not obliged, to accommodate such requests.

5. Liability & Assumption of Risk

   Ticket holders acknowledge and agree that attendance at the Event is at their own risk. Liquid Icons shall not be responsible for, and ticket holders agree to hold Liquid Icons harmless from, any accidents, loss, damage, theft, injury, or other incidents occurring during the Event, except where caused by Liquid Icons’ proven negligence under applicable law.

6. Event Changes, Cancellation & Rescheduling

   In extreme circumstances where the Event cannot take place on the scheduled dates, Liquid Icons reserves the right to reschedule the Event within 12 months of the planned date without issuing refunds. Only where rescheduling is not possible will refunds be issued.

7. Photography, Video & Media Use

   Liquid Icons reserves the right to use any photographs or video taken at any Golden Vines Event without express permission from individuals appearing in such content. This may include use across social media, online publications, print media, invitations, websites, television, documentaries, and other media. Any attendee who does not wish for their image to be used must notify the Liquid Icons team in writing or at the Event via events@liquidicons.com. By attending the Event, or by failing to notify Liquid Icons accordingly, attendees agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Liquid Icons from any claims relating to the use of their image or likeness. No unauthorised third party may copy, alter, distribute, or otherwise use Liquid Icons’ photographs, images, branding, or media without prior written consent.

8. Force Majeure

   Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, government restrictions, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or civil disturbances (“Force Majeure Event”). In such circumstances, the affected party shall notify the other promptly in writing, obligations shall be suspended to the extent impacted, reasonable efforts shall be made to mitigate impact, and Liquid Icons may reschedule or cancel the Event. Tickets will transfer to a rescheduled date unless otherwise agreed. Refunds, if applicable, will follow these Terms. Neither party shall be liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Governing Law

   These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
